Return Policy

  Free shipping on all orders.  

We want you to love your Akètte pieces. If something isn’t quite right, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To start a return, please log in to your account and submit your return request through your order history.

Items must be:

• Unworn

• Unwashed

• In original condition

• With all original tags attached

Returns that do not meet these requirements may not be accepted.

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 7–14 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

  An $8 return label fee will be deducted from your refund.  

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different size or style, please return your item and place a new order for the desired piece.

Final Sale

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:
